Product Condition
All items are inspected and, when necessary, professionally cleaned before delivery. We strive to accurately describe each product; however, minor imperfections may be present due to handling or storage.

Payment Terms
Payment is due upon delivery. We accept cash, credit, and debit. Customers have the opportunity to view the item at delivery before completing payment.

Delivery
We offer free delivery services. Delivery times are scheduled in advance, and customers must be available during the agreed time window. Delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we will communicate updates accordingly.

Refunds & Returns
We offer a 15-day refund policy from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Delivery and return fees may apply.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to delivery. Once delivery is completed and payment is made, cancellations are no longer accepted and the refund policy will apply.

Liability
We are not responsible for any damages that occur after delivery, including damage caused during moving, placement, or misuse of the product.
